Study on Extraction and Exploitation of Lycopene

The effect of different temperature，pH，time and solvent am ount on the extraction of lycopene was studied. The experiments were d esigned to optimize the extracting conditions by orthogonal layout(34 ) using acetone，normal hexane，chloroform. The results show that acet one is the best extracting solvent and the best technology conditions are:pH 6，temperature 45℃，ratio 1：10(sample g：acetone mL)and ex tracting period of time 3 hours.
