Clinical Analyse of Pseudomonas Pyocyance Infection in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To study the antibiotics resistance and treatment effect of pseudomonas pyocyance infection in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods We cultured the sputum of COPD patients,gain 79 specimens,examined the resistance of isolated specimens against 16 antibiotics.Results Three kinds of drugs have lower resistance to bacterium.92.4% patients recoverd by treatment.Conclusion We should use two kinds of antibiotics to treat pseudomonas pyocyance infection in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
