Study on Preparation and Quality Standard of Compound Radix Scutellariae Oral Liquid

Objective To establish the quality standard of Compound Radix Scutellariae Oral Liquid.Methods Flos Lonicerae and Fructus Forsythiae from the oral liquid were identified by TLC.The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC.Results Flos Lonicerae and Fructus Forsythiae could be identified by TLC.The average recovery of baicalin was 99.45% and RSD was 2.67%.Conclusion The qualitative and quantitative methods are simple,accurate and convenient,which can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
