Development of Welding Data Acquisition and Analysis System Based on LabVIEW

The labview that is tipical Graphical programming development platform is introduced and LabVIEW driver general data acquisition card are investigated.In this study, a data acquisition system were developed using the welding signal acquisition system and spectrometer in laboratory based on LabVIEW software program for analyzing collected GMAW current, voltage waveform signal and spectral information. LabVIEW interface synchronized display will be realized at each moment. And values of voltage and current can be simultaneous displayed which make the research and observation of spectral electrical signals getting more intuitive.
