After research on the dispersion properties of nano-Si_3N_4 powder, the optimal parameter of dispersion technology is obtained. Experimental results show that the dispersion situation of nano-Si_3N_4 powder can be improved after nano-Si_3N_4 is carried out ultrasonic dispersion. The introduction of a certain amount of surfactant can enhance the dispersion effect of nano-Si_3N_4 powder. The effect of cationic surfactant is superior to that of nonionic surfactant. pH values of disperse system also have influence on the dispersion effect.
