摘要
Startups often face significant growth challenges, leading to high failure rates, and Indonesian Unicorn Startups are no exception, particularly in the post-pandemic era. This study examines the relationships between workplace technology, new ways of working, results-oriented culture, and employee productivity within Unicorn startups. Survey data from 413 employees were analyzed using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) with LISREL software. The findings reveal that workplace technology significantly impacts new ways of working and employee productivity. New ways of working also significantly impact employee productivity, which plays a role in mediating between workplace technology and employee productivity. However, a results-oriented culture does not strengthen the relationship between workplace technology and employee productivity, nor between new ways of working and employee productivity. These results highlight the critical role of workplace technology and new ways of working in enhancing employee productivity, while a results-oriented culture does not significantly moderate these relationships. The study highlights the importance of investing in technological infrastructure and fostering new ways of working to sustain productivity and growth in the competitive post-pandemic landscape.
