Case 37-2021: A 60-Year-Old Man with Fevers, Fatigue, Arthralgias, a Mouth Ulcer, and a Rash

A 60-year-old man presented with ongoing fevers and fatigue, a tongue ulcer, dry scaly nodules on the face and hands, and migratory arthralgias in the wrists, fingers, elbows, and shoulders. CT revealed dependent reticular opacities throughout the lower lobes of the lungs. Hypoxemia developed. A diagnostic test was performed.
