Nasal endoscopic three minus septoplasty for deviation of nasal septum:a report of 46 cases

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of nasal endoscopic three minus septoplasty on deviation of nasal septum.Methods:Forty-six patients with deviation of nasal septum were treated by nasal endoscopic three minus septoplasty.Results:During the follow-up of 3-6 months,42 cases healed and 4 cases improved.No perforation of nasal septum or synechia nasal occurred.Conclusions:Nasal endoscopic three minus septoplasty is safe and effective in treatment of deviation of nasal septum.It is worth popularizing.
