Towards Sophisticated Management Information Systems

There is a wide range of sophistication possible with Management Information Systems in an organization. This paper begins by discussing the dimensions of sophistication, and where an organization should be on a scale of sophistication. Actions which can be taken by a firm to increase sophistication of its systems are outlined.
