Progress in Electrodeposition of CIGS Thin Films Solar Cell

More and more attention has been paid to the CIGS thin film solar cells,due to their excellent optical properties.The basic structure and advantages of the CIGS films are introduced,with emphasis on its electrochemical deposition method and the latest progress.Then,the challenges and future research directions of CIGS solar cells are presented.
