The samples of ZnO-based conductive ceramics have been prepared by doping ZnO materialswith Co, Nb and Y elements. Influence of doping amount and method on the resistivity of ZnO-basedconductive ceramics is investigated. Y(NO3)3 sol dopants with Ti are fabricated by a sol-gel processand compared with Y2O3 solid phase additives, the results show that ZnO-based conductive ceramicsof very low resistivity at room temperature can be prepared by use of Y(NO3)3 sol dopants with Ti,the resistivity is as low as 3.38 x 10--2n m and the amount of Y(NO3)3 sol dopants with Ti is 0.05%mol.
