Research Progress on the Processing of Camellia Oleifera Seeds

Camellia oleifera,as a unique woody oil tree of China,has extensive application value.The research progress in the processing of Camellia oleifera seed,especially for the processing of oil extraction,the processing and refining technology of Camellia oil and the comprehensive utilization of Camellia oleifera seeds has been reviewed in this paper.
