Study on Determinination Method of Total Flavonoid in Physalis alkekengiL.Var.Francheti(Mast.) Makino in Xinjiang

Total flavonoid in Persistent Calyx of Physalis alkekengiL.Var.Francheti(Mast.) Makino was determinded by UV or VIS spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 510 nm or 359 nm with rutin as contrast sample and Al(NO3)3 as revealing agent.The comparison of determination results obtained from VIS and UV spectrophotometry was done and the latter was proved to be a better method for determinination of total flavonoid content in Persistent Calyx of Physalis alkekengiL. Var.Francheti(Mast.) Makino.
