A number of newly identified porcine parvoviruses had spread widely during the last few years in the world, and the pigs in southern China suffered infections in varying degrees. To measure the prevalence of porcine parvovirus( PPV) 2,PPV3,PPV4,porcine bocavirus( PBoV) and PBo- likeV,the samples collected and stored during 2008 to 2013 were detected by PCR,and the result showed that the prevalence was 46. 4%,21. 1%,6. 8%,12. 3% and 5. 5%,respectively. We analyzed the co-infection of the novel parvoviruses and PCV2 /PRRSV,and found that co-infections of PPV3 / PRRSV and PBo- likeV / PCV2 were both present in high frequency. The results revealed that the viruses may have synergistic effect during infections. The study laid foundation for epidemiological investigation and pathogenesis of parvovirus.
