Expression and clinical significance of IP3 Rin placenta of puerpera with gestational hypertension disease

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of three phosphoinositide receptor(IP3R)in the placenta of puerpera with gestational hypertension disease(GHD).Methods With immunohistochemical SP method,the expression intensity of IP3Rin the placental tissues was detected in 218puerperas with mild preeclampsia(group A),82puerperas with severe preeclampsia(group B)and 200puerperas with normal pregnancy(group C).All puerperas underwent Cesarean section delivery.Results IP3Rwas expressed in different degrees in the placental tissues from groups of A,B and C,which mainly expressed in the sertoli cells and decidual tissues but occasionally seen in the vascular endothelial cells and part of interstitial cells.In the villi nourish cells of the placenta in groups of A and B,the strong positive detection rate of IP3Rwas higher than that in group C(44.5%and 67.1%vs.15.0%)(P0.05),which was higher in group B than that in group A(P0.05).So did the strong positive detection rate of IP3Rin the decidual tissues(42.7% and62.3%vs.13.5%)(P0.05).Conclusion The expression of IP3Rin the placenta of puerpera with GHD is up-trgulated indicating that the IP3R expression may participate in the occurrence and development process of GHD.
