摘要
Aim:To examine correlation factors for vascular dementia after cerebral infarction,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods:A total of 267 patients with cerebral infarction including 55 cases of vascular dementia,212 cases of non-vascular dementia were enrolled, and related clinical data were collected.t test,χ2 test and Logistic regression analysis were used to find the correlation factors for vascular dementia. Results:Single factor analysis found age,low educational level, hypertension, diabetes, atrial fibrillation, prior strokes, multiple infarctions, leukoaraiosis and infarctions in temporal lobe had statistical significances between the two groups, and the more severe leukoaraiosis was,the easier dementia would happen.Multiple Logistic regression analysis indicated hypertension, leukoaraiosis, multiple infarctions, diabetes and age were correlation factors for vascular dementia, and the correlativity decreased one by one. Conclusions:Multiple factors contribute to the occurrence of vascular dementia, and hypertension, leukoaraiosis, multiple infarctions, diabetes and age are significantly associated with vascular dementia.Prevention and treatment in time should be emphasized to reduce or delay the attacks of vascular dementia.
