Objective To study the quality of Schisandra chinensis Turcz.Baill from different sources.Methods With the content of Schizandrol A as index,HPLC was used to detect Schisandra chinensis Turcz.Bail.from different resources.Results The quality of Schisandra chinensis Turcz.Baill from self-selecting strain was better than any others,and they had different contents in different Schisandra chinensis Turcz.Baill.Conclusion The method is feasible,and it can be used for the quality control of the Schisandra chinensis Turcz.Baill.
