Patent Pledge Evaluation Model Construction Based on the AHP

Through profound understanding of the patent pledge financing, this paper established pledge evaluation influence factors. Based on AHP method, the paper determined a pledge influence degree index system to calculate the influence degree of these specific indicators on the value of patent right, and built a concrete model to evaluate the price for a patent right in the pledge the special conditions.
