Research Progress on Exploitation of the Effective Component of Zanthoxylum bungeanum

Zanthoxylum bungeanum is one of the specific edible spices in China.The extraction and separation and process of the effective component of Zanthoxylum bungeanum were summarized in this paper,which provided the reference of the further study and process of Zanthoxylum bungeanum.
