摘要
Transparent conductive electrodes have been widely used in optoelectronic devices such as solar cells, displays, and touch devices. Although graphene oxide and silver nanowires have attracted considerable attention, novel transparent conductive materials with effective integrated electrical and optical properties are required. However, there are several drawbacks, including the high oxidation instability and interfacial bonding to substrates, which should be overcome for the wide use of metallic nanowires in transparent conductive electrodes. This study demonstrates a simple solution-based method for fabrication of hybrid transparent conducting electrodes based on silver nanowires/single-layer graphene oxide (AgNWs/SLGO). The resulting embedded electrode has a transparency of 91 % in the ultraviolet–visible spectrum region at 550 nm and low sheet resistance of 11 Ω/sq, without degradation after two months at room temperature and ambient air. The thermal stability under an environment with high temperature and humidity was tested. The excellent environmental and thermal stability of the AgNWs/SLGO composite films may facilitate their use in the next generations of optoelectronic devices.
