作者:ChiCtr 摘要:INTERVENTION: Intervention group:The intervention aims to enhance students' mental well‐being by improving motivation, personal growth, resilience and team dynamics. It integrates mindfulness training, resilience workshops, stress management techniques, and seminars on mental well‐being into an eight‐week program using a hybrid delivery model comprising face‐to‐face sessions (lasting 120–150 minutes per week) and daily between‐session exercises (>=five days per week of phone‐free mindful walking and a brief, theme‐matched micro‐practice, tracked by checklist). The program follows a spiral progression across the themes of positive relationships, coping with stress, resilience, meaning, hope, and self‐compassion. It incorporates micro‐skills from the WHO Doing What Matters program , as well as strengths and flow work using the VIA Strengths Wheel . It also covers communication and boundary setting, cognitive coping techniques such as ABC |
