Comparative Studies of the Chinese and the Japanese Civil Servant Enrolling Systems

In recent years,the number of peoples who want to become the civil servant is becoming bigger and bigger.This result that our civil servant enrolling system which is in the primary stage can't fit in with the development of the society,it's malpractices have become represented.,and the building of the civil servants' troops has been threatened.On the basis of the Compare of the Chinese and the Japanese civil servant enrolling systems,the author propose several suggestions to perfect the civil servant enrolling system.
