摘要
With the advancement of smart tourism, intelligent navigation systems have become core service platforms in scenic areas. As a crucial demographic in the tourism market, elderly visitors 'perception of system usability directly determines their travel experience quality. This study focuses on core dimensions of ease-of-use in smart navigation systems, analyzing their characteristics from three aspects: interface design, functional interaction logic, and information presentation formats. It explores how usability impacts elderly tourists' tour efficiency, emotional engagement, and safety perception. The research proposes system optimization strategies tailored for senior users, including simplified operation procedures, age-friendly design enhancements, and diversified auxiliary support systems. These findings provide theoretical foundations and practical pathways to improve elderly tourists' smart tourism experiences and promote age-friendly development in intelligent scenic areas.
