摘要
ABSTRACT In this study, silicone rubber self‐adhesive tape featuring a dual‐network structure was designed for use at room temperature. The tape's tensile strength and self‐bonding properties were enhanced by incorporating reversible imine bonds and boron–oxygen coordination bonds into the silicone rubber system. The prepared tape exhibited a tensile strength of 5.14 MPa and a peel strength of 7.33 N/cm, representing improvements of 38.2% and 13.1% in comparison with that without dual‐network structure, respectively. Additionally, the material demonstrated excellent thermal stability (the initial decomposition temperature is 370.8°C) and outstanding electrical properties, including an electrical breakdown strength exceeding 20 kV/mm and a volume resistivity of 10 15 Ω cm, which enables its application in more complex high‐voltage environments.
