RESEARCH ON TIME CHOICE AND COMFORT DEGREE OF LITHOTOMY POSITION OF GENERAL ANAEATHESIA PATIENT

Objective: Comparision of time,manpower used by the circulating nurses and doctors’ satisfactory degree and patients’ adverse effects after surgery of the lithotomy position before or after general anaesthesia were studied.Methods: 76 patients who need lithotomy position were divided into experimental group and comparision group.Experimental group patients placed lithotomy position before intubation.The patients cooperated actively.Comparision group patients placed lithotomy position after intubation.Results: The time,manpower,doctors’ satisfactory degree and patients’ adverse effects after surgery diverse significantly between the two groups (P0.01).Conclusion: The general anesthesia patient can cooperate actively with sober condition,and circulating nurse can work more efficiently and the patients feel more comfortable after surgery.
