Effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on acute cerebral infarction

Objective: To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: The author selected 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction for data research. The patients in the observation group were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction and conventional treatment. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment, and the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results: Comparing the patients in the control group, it can be seen that the NIHSS scores and clinical treatment effects of the patients in the observation group after treatment. After treatment, the scores of main syndromes, BI scores after treatment, breath-holding index after treatment, cerebrovascular reserve function after treatment, and increase rate of average blood flow velocity after treatment were all significantly improved, P<0.05. The NIHSS scores, main syndrome scores, BI scores, breath-holding index, cerebrovascular reserve function, and mean blood flow velocity increase rate were compared between the two groups before treatment, P<0.05. Conclusion: Patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction, and the clinical effect was ideal.
