The high-temperature oxidation resistance of NiCoCrAlY bonded coating was studied by using the way of gain weight.The micro-morphology,composition of TGO was analyzed by using SEM and EDS techniques.Thermal barrier coatings failure process is analyzed with the combination of investigated the growth process and mechanism of TGO.
