Introduction of Corrosion Mechanism and Test for Car Metal Parts

Corrosion is one of the important reasons of car service life reducing,salt-spray test is one of the important methods to evaluate corrosion resistance of metal parts in the car.In this paper,destructiveness of salt-spray corrosion was introduced,corrosion mechanism including spot corrosion,part corrosion,crack corrosion and load corrosion were studied,and then salt-spray test methods,evaluation and improving measures were analyzed in order to provide references for car metal parts design and protection.
