The Medicine and Method for Treatment of Migraine

Migraine is a common and freguently occurring disease in neuromedicine. It is not fully clear about the pathogenic mechanism of migraine and there is no unified treatment method . Along with understanding to mechanism of migraine, new medicines and therapies have been found constantly. In this article,the pathogenic mechanism of migraine from the relevant literature was introduced. The therapy including medication and unmedication, and some new medicines for migraine at the present were summarized.
