Study on the Information Service Innovation of University Libraries in Network Times

The coming of the network times has brought the unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the information service construction of university libraries,and has changed the service concept of the libraries.The libraries must comply with the need of development of era to have a comprehensive study on service innovation on the basis of traditional service.This paper discusses the related theories about the information service innovation of university libraries,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the service innovation system.
