摘要
We study textures, phase composition, and magnetic anisotropy in austenitic samples deformed by rolling of 09Kh17N5Yu steel with the formation of deformation martensite in them. It is shown that the method of magnetic nondestructive testing using the measurement of magnetic fields from locally magnetized areas is sensitive to the anisotropy of magnetic permeability. The anisotropy of magnetic properties is associated with the occurrence of a mechanical rolling texture. The formation of a limited FCC rolling texture {110} $$\left\langle {111} \right\rangle $$ was discovered in all investigated deformed samples. The formation of the rolling texture characteristic of the BCC structure (deformation martensite in low-carbon austenitic steels) begins with 30% deformation of an austenitic specimen. The formation of ferromagnetic deformation martensite in 09Kh17N5Yu austenitic steel was confirmed by magnetic force microscopy.
