摘要
Abstract Herein, we have developed a novel copper‐catalyzed intermolecular alkyl formylation reaction of arene sulfonamides. This method represents a significant advancement in the field, as it does not require the use of any exogenous acid, base, or oxidant, and the reaction can be completed within two hours. A variety of N , N ‐alkyl formylated sulfonamides were synthesized in moderate to good yields. Hitherto, no reports have been found in the literature for the N ‐formylation of sulfonamides, making this reaction an important breakthrough in synthetic organic chemistry.
