Some technical measures for preventing the agitators from faults in PTA plant

According to the experiences in dealing with agitator faults and structure design for domestic manufacture in PTA plnat.The easily damaged positions and fault forms of agitators were specialized,the causes of agitator faults were analyzed and improvement measures for preventing agitator's faults were proposed,and satisfactory conclusions were obtained.The improvement techniques mentioned in this paper can be used for references in similar plants for agitator operation,maintenance,repair,and especially in domestic manufacture.
