ChemInform Abstract: Synthesis and Reactions Behavior of 2,2‐Dithiophospholes and 2,2‐Dithiophosphorinanes.

Abstract The preparation of the five‐ or six‐membered cyclic dithiophosphates (I) and (II) occurs by 1:1 molar reaction of the dithiophosphoric acid chloride betaine (III) with corresponding bifunctional aromatic or aliphatic nucleophiles in the presence of a tert. amine such as demonstrated for some examples.
