Adsorbent optimization on separating CH_4/CO_2 and process paraments' exploration

Choosing 5A molecular sieve,13X molecular sieve and silica gel as the adsorbents,adopt pressure swing adsorption method for the removal of CO2 in the biogas experiment.Examine the different pressure condition to the effect of CH4/CO2,analyze and compare the three adsorbents' adsorption performance.The results show that the best effect of CO2 removal is 5A molecular sieve in 0.7 MPa,CH4 concentration for the largest,is 90%-92%.To explore the 5A molecular sieve of process paraments further,the penetration time of 5A molecular sieve in 22.1 L·min-1 of flow is about 200 s,get the biggest CH4 concentration,purity is 83.5% on average;the time of taking off the gas is 560 s,regeneration effect is better.
