摘要
Building New Type Power Systems will reduce China's dependence on foreign oil and gas, and improve the country's energy security guarantee capacity significantly. Five key areas for New Type Power Systems are analyzed and proposed: green and low-carbon, safe and efficient, value empowerment, forward-looking applications, and industrial ecology. Based on the five key areas, taking full account of the progressiveness technology and multidimensional value, a construction effectiveness evaluation index system is constructed, which provides methodological support for evaluating the development of provincial (municipal) New Type Power Systems.
