Objective: To investigate the treatment outcome of the reversed digital arterial dorsal branch island flaps to the repair of finger soft tissue loss. Method: A total of 10 cases(12 digital)were treated with the reversed digital arterial dorsal branch island flaps.Result: Satisfactory results were obtained in digital appearance and function.Conclusion: The reversed digital arterial dorsal branch island flaps were particularly helpful for repair of finger and/or fingertip defects.
