摘要
Low-energy-consumption organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) with high-mobility are the basic elements of organic circuits towards flexible, printable electronics. After 30 years of development, OFETs have progressed rapidly, from field-effect materials to devices, and from individual device to medium scale integration. In article number 2000955, Wenping Hu and co-workers provide a brief overview of the OFETs' development over the past decades. Emerging opportunities and challenges are also highlighted.
