Objective:To discuss the influence of pH for the extract of psoralen and isopsoralen.Method:Extract the Psoralea corylifolia L.by different pH solution.The content of psoralen and isopsoralen be obtained by HPLC-gradient elution.Results:The content of psoralen and isopsoralen varied in experimental pH.Conclusion:The extracted of psoralen and isopsoralen be affected by the pH.
