Desulfurization experiments were completed in a 75 t/h circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler in Inner Mongolia.Influences of temperature,particle size,heating rate and mole ratio on the CFB desulfurization efficiency were analyzed based on site data.Results show that at a lower Ca/S mole ratio,desulfurization efficiency increases with increasing time.With an increased Ca/S mole ratio, the upward trend of desulfurization efficiency slows down.And an optimal Ca/S mole ratio exists.When adding limestone for desulfurization,the power of limestone feeder has to be adjusted according to actual operation condition to keep balance between desulfurization efficiency and boiler efficiency.The results can contribute to the prediction of SO_2 emission and desulfurization of actual operation of CFB boilers.
