Particularly, POS has a better effect than HP, and there are differences in the improvement effect of POS with different DP, among which POS with DP 5 has the most significant improvement effect. This discovery enhances a deeper comprehension of the biological activity of different POS, providing an important basis for further optimizing the application of POS as a functional food.
