Analysis and Handling of Bearing Vibration Signal Fault in Turbine Supervisory Instrument MMS6000

In view of the bearing vibration signal fault of turbine supervisory instrument(TSI) MMS6000 for Unit 9 in Shaoguan Power Plant after overhaul,such items as system earthing and key phase signals were inspected,coming to the conclusion that the fault was caused by the wrong mounting angle of the key phase probe.After making some adjustments,the fault was successfully eliminated.
