摘要
Two previously undescribed metabolites, chlovirescenols A (1) and B (5), along with six known compounds including amides (2-4), macrolides (6 and 8), meroterpenoid (7), were obtained from the Ganoderma lucidum-derived endophyte Chloridium virescens GLQ05. Their structural elucidation was achieved through comprehensive spectroscopic analysis. Besides, the originally proposed structure of alteamide has been revised. In the LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophage model, chlovirescenols A (1) and B (5) significantly suppressed the expression of the TNF-α as quantified with RT-qPCR analysis.
