The 1.0G polyamidoamine(PAMAM) has been synthesized by divergent synthesis using ethylenediamine as a raw material by means of Mickeal addition reaction and amidation reaction with methyl acrylate and ethylenediamine. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, the ratio of feed on the reaction were examined and the reaction characteristic was discussed. According to the experimental result, when the temperature was 25℃, the time was 24h and the ratio of feed was 1∶24, the yield of the products was 99.9% with purity over 99%.
