KINETIC EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON EPOXY-PHENOLIC(ZnO) RESIN CURING

Through measuring the content of insoluble resin, the curing rule of bisphenol A epoxy resin and thermosetting phenolic resin catalyzed by ZnO is studied, and generation velocity and activation energy of insoluble resin are obtained. Base on these experiments, the effect of phenolic(ZnO) resin synthesis conditions and its dosage on the generation velocity of insoluble resin during epoxy resin curing is discussed.
