摘要
Abstract 13C chemical shifts of linear and cyclic amyloses in solid state were measured by cross polarization/magic angle spinning (CP/MAS) NMR spectroscopy. It is found that rapid conformational isomerism occurs in aqueous solution for amylose and its linear oligomer with lifetime <10−3s with reference to the conformation-dependent 13C chemical shifts obtained in solid state.
