摘要
The motorized spindle is one of the core parts of the machine tool, its control effect directly affects the running state of the machine tool, and then affect the machining accuracy. The vector control system of motorized spindle based on PI control is established on Matlab/Simulink platform, convert the structural model of motorized spindle in SolidWorks into Simulink language, a simulation method combining the structure and drive system of motorized spindle is proposed in Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that: the motorized spindle control system has fast dynamic response speed and strong anti-interference ability, which solves the problem of unstable speed, the output results and motion process of the model verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. The model provides an algorithm verification platform for the related researchers of motorized spindle drive system.
