Clinical Effective Analysis of Detection of Serum Lactate Dehydrogenase Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective:To analyze the clinical effective of detection of serum lactate dehydrogenase patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method:352 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital were selected as subjects and received serum lactate dehydrogenase detection, which were compared with the results of healthy people's.Result:The serum LDH level of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than this of healthy peoples' s,and the LDH level would came significantly higher with the progress of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(P0.05).The patients which serum LDH level lower than 190 IU/L had 89.6% five year survival rate,which was larger than this of patients with serum LDH level higher than 190 IU/L before treatment(P0.05).Conclusion:Serum LDH detection before treatment is very useful for early diagnosis and assessment of nasopharyngeal.
