A method of HPLC to detemine concent of gastrodin in gastrodin tablet

Objective:To set up a method of HPLC to detemine the concent of gastrodin in gastrodin tablets.Methods:Samples after extraction were detected by HPLC.The sepration was carried out on a C18 column.Methanol-water-H3PO4(5+95+0.05) were used respectively as mobile phases in analyzing gastrodin.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The decetive wavelength was set at 220 nm.Results:The RSD of this method was 4.54% for gastrodin.Detection limit of this method was 4.5ng.The recoveries range of this method was 91.1%~96.6%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and accurate and can be used to determine gastrodin in gastrodin tablets.
