Objective:To observe the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) on the recovery of motor function in stroke patients.Methods:40 stroke patients were randomly divided into rTMS group(20cases) and control group(20cases).Two groups both received rehabilitation treatment and rTMS group received rTMS treatment additional.Fugl-Meyer was measured before and after 4 months, treatment. Results: The scores of FMA of both groups were increased significantly after treatment(P0.05),the score of FMA of rTMS group was higher than control group,s(P0.05).Conclusions: rTMS could improve motor function in stroke patients.
